easyDNS currently accepts the following methods of payment.
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro – Discover needs to be done via PayPal)
- PayPal (also can be used as a credit card processor)
- Money Order (International money order required if sent from outside Canada)
Credit card payments can be made online by either logging into your account or paying from our public page via the Renew link at the top (you don’t need an invoice number, only the domain). You can also telephone us toll-free (North America only) at 1.855.321.3279 to make payment by credit card. Our International number is 1.416.535.8672.
To renew more than one domain at once or to renew any other products or services (such as easyWEB, easyPress, etc.), you will need to log into your easyDNS account.
easyDNS allows credit cards to be put on file for automatic renewal – either specifically on a per-service basis (domain, DNS, webhosting, etc) or for all services within the account. Yearly services will be renewed 15 days before their expiry. Monthly services will be renewed 8 days before. We strongly encourage clients with monthly services to put a card on file to avoid service interruptions.
There is also the option to add funds to your account to have a declining balance to process your invoices – current amounts allowed are $50, $100, $250, $500, $1000, and $2000. To add this, please go into your ‘User Info’ and click on ‘add funds’ in the CREDIT box. This will generate an invoice, once paid the required amount will appear in the available credit.

Payments by cheque or money order will only be processed once we have received them. Please be sure to send them well in advance of the expiry date to avoid any service interruption.

Due to the volatility of currency fluctuation with cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin), refunds are only issued by account credit or cheque.
