From this menu, you can manage the easyMail EDS spam welcomelist and blocklist.
The welcomelist and the blocklist entries shown are based on the privileges of the connected user. The Domain Administrator can access those of the entire domain he belongs to, and the single user can only operate his entries and those referring to his specific alias.
Note: a welcomelist always takes precedence over a blocklist as the welcomelist overrides a blocklist.
Welcomelist
A welcomelist is used to ensure that certain emails won’t be filtered out. Again, please note the welcomelist takes priority over conflicting entries on the blocklist.
The welcomelist displays all the existing welcomelist entries on the system that are accessible. You can filter out displayed results by performing a Search and Export them in common formats such as PDF and CSV.
In order to delete one or more entries you can select them and click the Delete button on the table toolbar.
To create a new entry in the welcomelist you can click the New button and fill the box in the dialog as shown below.
You can also Import a previously exported CSV file and restore all the entries previously backed up.
Note: when you edit this table, remember to click the Apply Settings button.

In order to delete one or more entries you can select them and click the Delete button on the table toolbar.
To create a new entry in the blocklist you can click the New button and fill the box in the dialog as shown below.
You can also Import a previously exported CSV file and restore all the entries previously backed up.
