Invoices paid via Bitcoin are not processed until at least 2 confirmations have been received – this can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. If you’d like a status update on a bitcoin payment, please check the invoice payment page in our control panel and click ‘show bitcoin payment status’.

When contacting us about the status of a bitcoin payment, please include the following information:

1. The input address the payment was sent to
2. The amount of BTC sent
3. The invoice number that was paid
4. The current number of confirmations (we wait for 2 confirmations before processing a payment)

Due to the volatility of currency fluctuation with cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin), refunds are **only** issued by account credit or cheque.
